Trackable actions can be generated from any document in the database. The actions will be similar to those used in the SHE Reports database and will have 4 parts :
- Owner proposes an Action and an Actionee. The priority is set using the prioritisation wizard. The suggested target date is added.
- Actionee accepts the action ( the target date can be modified ). The Actionee can reject the action at this point.
- The Actionee completes the action ( any changes in target date are trackable )
- If the Owner asked to verify the action completion then they can complete Part 4 to do so.
Actions will show as being with the Actionee once they have been proposed ( unless they have been rejected or completed )
Actions will be viewable by person, plant, type, date, priority etc..
Relevant Actions will feed into the SHE Actions Database |
