We are pleased to announce that version 2.0 of our
Contact Manager application will be released in Q1 of this year.
We have been incrementally improving the application for some time but version 2.0 will bring significant new functionality including a Domino Xpages web survey tool and a Customer Complaints module.

Our latest product has been started. The FoCul Delivery Toolkit Project Manager is an extension of the
Contact Manager which allows all of the correspondence from large projects to be managed more effectively.
The Functionality includes :*Meeting Minutes with SMART trackable actions
*Web enabled Technical Queries functionality
*Web enabled Variations functionality*Web enabled Action Tracking*Transmittals
The Lead customer for this application is
Lucite International
who are using it for their Alpha projects

Public demo launched for the Management of Change Application.
The MOC application has been developed from best practices in the process and utility sectors and incorporates the recommendations made in the Guidelines for the Management of Change for Process Safety
published by the Center for Chemical Process Safety
of the AIChE.
The MOC application is available as a web system, an intranet system and on the IBM Lotus Notes platform. It can be purchased outright or rented by the month.

A dedicated wiki
has been created to allow existing and potential users to find out information about the application as easily as possible.

The FoCul Delivery Toolkit Wiki has gone live.
We have replaced the Delivery Toolkit "brochure site" with this Wiki to allow users and potential users of the Delivery Toolkit better access to information about the suite. Our plan is to post all of the training materials and FAQs here as new documents are released.
