Latest Product - The FoCul Delivery Toolkit Project Manager
Our latest product has been started. The FoCul Delivery Toolkit Project Manager is an extension of the Contact Manager which allows all of the correspondence and workflow processes associated with large projects to be managed more effectively.
The Functionality includes :
- Meeting Minutes with SMART trackable actions
- Web enabled Technical Queries functionality
- Web enabled Variations functionality
- Web enabled Action Tracking
- Transmittals
The Lead customer for this application is Lucite International who are using it for their Alpha projects
The application is a dual Notes / Domino XPages browser based application.

New Contact Manager Release Scheduled for Q1
We are pleased to announce that version 2.0 of our Contact Manager application will be released in Q1 of this year.
We have been incrementally improving the application for some time but version 2.0 will bring significant new functionality including a Domino XPages web survey tool and a Customer Complaints module.
A derivative of the application is also being developed to manage the information processes associated with large projects. This application will be known as the FoCul Delivery Kit Project Manager
FoCul releases web based Management of Change application
FoCul is pleased to announce that a web based version of the Management of Change for Process Safety application is now available. The application was recently purchased by PX Limited for the Fellside CHP plant at Sellafield.
The system is available for use on Intranets, the Web and on IBM Lotus Notes. It can also be rented by the month.

PX to implement the Management of Change module at the Sellafield CHP plant
FoCul is pleased to announce that PX Limited have purchased the new web browser release of the Management of Change for Process Safety module of the Delivery Toolkit Suite for the Fellside CHP plant at Sellafield.
The Fellside CHP facility provides process steam to the Sellafield reprocessing facility and generates 188MW of electrical power onto the National Grid. The plant is operated and maintained by PX.
This new browser based is based on the new Lotus XPages technology from IBM. You can see a live demo of the system here .

FoCul will be Presenting at the IBM Power of Business Applications Conference
FoCul will be presenting at the IBM Power of Business Applications conference on the 16th June at IBM Bedfont Lakes.
The presentation will focus on our ABB Global Consulting case study showing how we have used Notes to develop a business solution which not only adds significant business value but also has a solid future as Notes moves forward.
FoCul adds Management of Change for Process Safety to the Delivery Toolkit Suite
FoCul has added a Management of Change for Process Safety ( MOC ) module to the FoCul Delivery Toolkit Suite. This browser based system is currently under development and will be deployed to manage change at a large UK CHP power plant in Q3.
The MOC application will significantly improve the efficiency and control with which changes can be managed. In developing the application we have incorporated many of the ideas in the Guidelines for the Management of Change for Process Safety from the Centre For Chemical Process Safety CCPS.
The FoCul Delivery Toolkit Suite is FoCul's suite of shrink wrapped solutions. Each module has been developed from extensive experience gained on real projects and is available on a licensed or monthly subscription basis.
