What We Do Not Do
FoCul was started by a Manufacturing Engineer from industry i.e. an IT "end user".
As such we are very conscious that we should deliver the same kind of service that IT end users in industry value.
- We will not sell you "vapour ware" - unproven ideas or inflated claims about what our systems will do
- We will not keep spending your money in an ad-hoc fashion. We will provide estimates or fixed price quotes for our work before starting
- We do not sell man-hours for man-hours sake. It is in our longer term interest that you get best value for money.
- We will do every job as cost effectively as possible. If there is a cheaper way of doing it we will tell you.
- We will not charge you to correct our own mistakes during projects - we will stand by any errors or omissions that we make
