The FoCul Delivery Document Manager is used to manage the full life cycle of controlled documents such as Standard Operating Procedures. COSHH Assessments etc.. in a robust and auditable manner.

The system also ensures that all of the people aligned with a procedure have read and understood the document and have provided confirmation as to whether they are "Aware", "Competent" or "An Expert".

The application allows individual team members to know exactly what procedures or other controlled documents they should be aware of. The Application also provides managers with a full breakdown of each persons status for any given revision of a document.

The system is role based and configurable meaning that it can be adapted to your organisations needs.
