Powerful search options
The Knowledge Directory has a powerful faceted search capability that allows users to progressively filter search results. The search criteria can be configured but typically include customers, project size, project type, project theme, tags, costs, date and team members.
A key feature of the search functionality is that it includes people centric searches against team members.
The search results can be exported to Microsoft Word or Excel.
The application also includes configurable checklists that can be included in projects. These are typically used for managing project close out processes such as updating records, Case Studies or CVs.
Consultancies and Project Organisations
Consultancies and project organisations can use the Knowledge Directory to capture learning from projects in a readily accessible way.
Newer team members can search the directory to learn from relevant previous projects. The library can also be used when compiling bid documents or to assist in forming new project teams for similar projects.
Technical Product Libraries
The application can be used as a technical product library. The form builder can be used to configure forms which capture information about products rather than projects. The advanced search functionality can then be used by users to find the information that they need.

The application is robust and secure. User permissions can be managed from within the application or can be linked to your Microsoft credentials.
The application is available as a browser application or as an IBM Lotus Notes application and can be deployed within your firewalls as an on premises solution or via the cloud as a Software as a Service ( SaaS ) solution.
