Solutions by engineers for engineers
Here is our suite of software modules. Each module is designed to target different issues faced within the process chemical and utility sectors. All of our modules are highly configurable, and depending on the complexity of your requirements, the solutions can be implemented quickly in four to six weeks. Once up and running, we provide continued support and updates so you can continue to mould the solution as the needs of your business change.
Management of Change
The FoCul Management of Change for Process Safety ( MOC ) module has been developed from best practices in the process and utility sectors, incorporating recommendations made by the AIChE
Operations Module
Operations Module brings together all of the information needed to operate your plant. In a very simple sense, it is like a shift log but with SOPs, task management, OEE, KPIs and other tools included
Assets Module
Think of Wikipedia, but with a page for every pump, turbine, vessel, showing all of the available knowledge about that asset.
Permit to Work
Use the FoCul Permit to Work module within your safe systems of work to formally control potentially hazardous maintenance activities
Logistics Module
Use the FoCul Logistics module to allow different teams working on goods deliveries at process plants to collaborate and communicate better
Documents Module
Use this module for documents that need version control and approval workflow. Track whether people who need to read the document have done so. Identify the level of expertise individuals should have against each document as ‘aware’, ‘competent’, or ‘expert’
Services Module
The FoCul Services Module is designed for third party process chemical suppliers such as Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and PSSR Inspection providers
“Working with FoCul has provided a great partnership, improving the our processes and services whilst retaining the ability to customise our products at short notice to meet specific customer needs. The benefit has been a significant efficiency saving”
