Your information is stored on a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database and is only stored if there is a business requirement to do so. Access to this database is restricted to FoCul personnel with a log in to our internal computer system requires a strong password by each individual user. We undertake regular reviews of our databases to ensure that only authorised personnel have access to the information that we hold.
Any transmission of information via the internet is not entirely secure therefore any transfer of information e.g.: by email, via our website or any other method is taken at your own risk. FoCul will not be responsible for any form of loss including but limited to, costs, damage to reputation, loss of profits or any other form of loss or damage incurred by yourself should you wish to transmit information to ourselves via these methods.
How long we will store your information
We will always store your personal information in accordance with the law and regulation. Any information stored that is no longer required for a business need will be deleted from our files.
