Competency Management Module - CMM

The FoCul Competency Management Module – CMM – gives organisation s and individuals the confidence that Role Holders have the required Experience, Training and Certifications to perform their roles well.

Both managers and individuals can see the current and future gaps in Roles and the Requirements for those Roles.

The application is not a Training Delivery system but compliments these types of systems to help identify gaps in not just training but also experience and certifications.
