Hello, you have come to this page because you have been made aware of problems on one of the FoCul applications using a “Rich Text Editor”. Rich Text is where you can include formatting in the text.
We are aware that the Rich Text Editors sometimes appear as collapsed when a secondary tab is opened. We have raised a critical bug with HCL who provide the server software at fault.
In the mean time clicking on the font selector on the tool bar will display the text.

Update 30/4/24 – We have raised a high priority ticket with HCL who provide the server software. We have spoken with HCL and provided an example application. HCL have escalated the issue to their development team. Sean Cull
