I just received this from our usual SSL Certificate supplier.
Another 2 hours wasted in help tickets – the 3rd time in 2 months that I have struggled to apply SSL certificates to Domino. In total confusion over SHA1 / 2 has caused me over 1.5 days of unbillable work over the last 2 months.
IBM you might as well throw away all the work you did on XPages if you behave like this – your offering is only as strong as its weakest link.

Dear Sean,
Please accept my apologies for the confusion.
I have checked my superiors and it seems that, at this time, you cannot order from us SSL certificates with SH-1. The feature has been removed.
I will escalate this support tickets to one of my colleagues to issue a refund for the purchases that you have made today.

Before I do this, please update this support ticket and confirm if you wish to cancel both certificates or do you wish to keep one. If we can be of any further help with regard to this or any other matter, please do not hesitate to contact us.
